Our Story
Two engineers. Years of wearable data. No sustainable habits. PeakRoutine is what we wish had existed.
Long work hours, chronic stress, irregular sleep, and information overload made it nearly impossible to build sustainable routines — even with access to detailed metrics from Apple Health, a smartwatch, and a dozen health apps.
We had data. We just didn't have clarity. Knowing your resting heart rate is 72 bpm means nothing if you don't know what to do with it tomorrow morning.
PeakRoutine was born from this personal frustration: to transform raw health data into simple, personalized routines that fit real life — and help people build healthy habits without burnout or overwhelm.
Realized that the gap wasn't access to health data — it was the bridge between data and daily action. Existing apps tracked everything but changed nothing.
Built deep Apple Health integration, an ML correlation engine, and a habit formation system grounded in behavioral science — not just feature lists.
Launched via TestFlight and grew a community of early adopters who share the same belief — that better health shouldn't require a dedicated lifestyle coach or six different apps.
Combined 20+ years of engineering experience — from distributed systems to applied ML — all focused on one goal.

Tracking for tracking's sake is noise. Every metric we surface has to be actionable — if it can't change what you do tomorrow, it shouldn't be on your screen.
Your sleep schedule, stress patterns, and nutrition habits are uniquely yours. Generic health advice doesn't work — and we built the AI to prove it.
A 10-minute morning walk done every day beats a 2-hour gym session done once. We design for the long game — streaks, milestones, and small wins that compound.
Your health data belongs to you. We never sell it, never share it with advertisers, and always give you full control over what's stored and how it's used.
